"I would not recommend using Party City for balloon delivery. The site directed an order from a location that is about 45min away to this store. Order was submitted first thing in the morning (8am). The earliest time available for delivery was 2pm (ok). Delivery finally occurred over an hour and a half beyond when the pickup occurred (they outsource delivery to DoorDash) and was 2 hours late to the location. Party City sends out a survey to improve service / record your review with them directly via email, but the link does not actually work."
