"Right away it started weird as the bouncer tried (and failed) to communicate with mostly just his hands, leading to frustration before we were all patted down to come in. Our group then ordered a few overpriced drinks - a well shot of tequila was a pretty expensive $10. I (a DD) just got water, which unfortunately only came as a $4 bottle. I went to the bathroom, which had an attendant despite the bathroom as a whole not being super nice. One of the urinals (the short one) was out of order. Three of us signed up for karaoke, which was unorganized and the vibes weren't great. People weren't always supportive of the singers. In this place that wasn't very crowded, it was over an hour before one of us were called. Meanwhile we saw other people who signed up after us get called up. The next person was someone who already sang earlier, and two out of three of us still hadn't gone, so we just left."

"Come on guys you need to do something about ladies bathroom. One doesn't even have a toilet seat and neither stall has a door that locks. Ya'll are making money over fist you can fix the bathrooms! I don't even want imagine what the men's room looks like."

"1 stall in the bathroom has been out of order since before COVID. 1 stall, no toilet seat, and the other no lock on the door. Never any soap in the bathroom. Imagine a female bartender pouring drinks all night with no soap....the amount of money they overcharge for drinks and they are constantly busy. They can't afford soap? The karaoke is the reason people come here. Fun place to go because of the music. Oh and the projectors have burn in so much you can't even see what's playing. Put some money back into the business! Cleanliness is a zero. Fun a 10. Staff is a 10. Bring sanitizer."
