"BK provides the warranty work on Hayward Color Logic lights on my pool, which was just redone in February 2015. These lights are sold under the premise that they will last 10 years. First light went out in early May, quickly followed by a second light. I have spent the last 8 weeks waiting for the lights to be fixed. Finally, the company that redid my pool fixed the first light (out of their pocket). However, through what could only be described as a comedy of errors by BK Pools, I still don't have one of the lights fixed. I have been told "light guy" only works Tuesday and Wednesday, I have been promised that I would be first on schedule one week, only to have no one show, and today "light guy" shows up with wrong light and I am told I will have to wait until next week, because they don't want to disrupt his scheduled calls in Dade County tomorrow, to fix my problem (West Palm Beach) that has been on going for over 2 months. Needless to say, I would not recommend BK Pools for warranty work, and I would reconsider choosing Hayward Color Logic lights."

"NOT A HAPPY HAYWARD CUSTOMER, THEY SEND ME TO BK POOLS FOR A PART THATS UNDER WARRANTY, THIS WARRANTY CENTER WANTS TO CHARGE ME 99.00 TO COME OUT TO REPLACE THE PART. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ME TO GO JUST SWITCH OUT THE BAD PART WHICH WAS ALREADY FOUND TO BE BAD BY THE HAYWARD COMPANY TECH. THIS IS REALLY A RIP OFF AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I JUST NEED TO SWITCH OUT A CELL. I DONT NEED THEM TO INSTALL IT. ITS ONLY A PLUG IN PART, NO BIG SIENCE. BUT THEY WANT TO ABUSE US CUSTOMERS. I RATHER BUY A NEW ONE THEN GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF TAKING ME FOR A RIDE. HAYWARD NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON THEIR WARRANTY'S."
