"I hired Alex for pool renovation cost $35K+ İt was a headache lousy and inconplete job and he requested $5K than contracted coast before completion! He build Spa, has been one year and only blower is working, because he never connected heater to the İAqualink for spa automation! He never verify spa was working, and water heated. He only finger points to others like person who installed the heater. Heater was installed one year before Alex build the spa, he should be the one verify everything is working. Now I have another person to complete the job and pay more! I also use Alex for pool service and apple don’t fall far from a tree!!! They realize after one year that its time to change the filter, after approval it took almost a month and many frustrated days until they change the filter!!! Do not work with this company or individual if you don’t want to over pay for under delivered!!! Photos from the pool while it took them almost a month to change the filter. Pool was in this condition every three days!!!"

"The worst pool service I have ever used. I discovered that my filter was totally black although they claimed to clean it monthly. I now discovered that they have not been keeping up with the chemicals. I had my water tested. There is ZERO stabilizer in my water in spite of the fact that last month I paid them $40 for stabilizer! In addition, my alkalinity and calcium are both very low, which means they are simply taking my money and doing nothing at all. And I am not getting a response to my email."
