"Pinch A Penny has been an absolute lifesaver for my pool! I appreciate their top-notch service and attention to detail. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my pool is crystal clear and ready for relaxation. I highly recommend Pinch A Penny for all your pool needs!"
"I will never use pinch a penny again. The customer service is atrocious, they are not helpful at all, do not answer your questions and act like they k ow everything in the world. Unprofessional, poor attitude, and not helpful. Go any where else, and don’t ask the tall guy for help he is worthless."
"I have been a regular customer at the Palm City Pinch a Penny for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Their water test and advice helps keep my pool water clean and crystal clear. Thank you guys!"
"For some time when I have entered the store to purchase a container of CO I have been instructed to take it to the back of the store. Is this a self-service store? Having recently had back surgery, it is a struggle just to get into the store let alone walk to the back. Why did this new procedure happen? Is it laziness of the operators? With the population of older customers, I would think this is a procedure that should be abandoned. Also, on June 29 I entered the store to purchase some pool test chemicals. A man was getting a pool test done, so I patiently waited while he was waited on by a male clerk. Meanwhile another man came into the store. While as I continued to wait, the clerk checked out the first man and then proceeded to wait on the second man. Never did he acknowledge that I was even in the store even he had to walk by me twice. I walked out without making my purchase. Needless to say, I will not be taking my business to Pinch A Penny again even though I have supported them since they opened in Palm City. The management definitely newness to reassess their way of doing business."
"Mike was very helpful and provided a free water test for our new pool. All of the other Palm City procrastinating pool owners jammed the place at 1:45pm on a Sunday afternoon and P-A-P closes at 2:00 pm. Mike and staff handled the 'rush' like pros."
