"Based on my experiences these guys are INCOMPETENT! Different people every few weeks and mostly do not speak English. They recently left a filter valve in WRONG Position and almost burned up my pump motor. They previously stained my patio surface twice with chemicals ….and check out the filter strainer that my new pool service just found on their first visit…..I was wondering why there were white flakes all over bottom of my pool for last couple of months? These MORONS never even saw the BROKEN BASKET! Gustavo the owner is basically useless, but is great at sending bills and blaming the customer! I recommend that you DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT MORONS! Spend an extra few bucks and get a real pool service like I did."
