"I had been here once before and had a great experience, I went again today for the second time and it was not the same. It seemed like the lady kind of rushed into it as if she wasn’t paying attention but just to get it over with, the entire time she was speaking on the phone and like I said seemed to not really pay much attention to detail. I looked at them at the mirror quickly and thought they were okay even though the shape wasn’t as I usually do it but didn’t want her to try to fix it and maybe come out worse, as the lady kept her conversation on the phone I paid and left. Looking up close to the eyebrows there’s a bunch of little hairs that were left and now when I get home I’ll finish plucking the rest because as I mentioned previously, it looked like she didn’t really pay attention to them but more like doing it to get over it. I wouldn’t return back here as the first experience with the different lady was great but rather not risk it and in usually not super picky about my eyebrows but it was just off."

"I have been going to this place for a while now and usually it is very good but this past time they completely messed up one of by brows and had me in and out way too fast. The older women who do brows there are great but there was a new girl and she did a really bad job on me this past time. I do not think I will be going back because I am very dissatisfied in the quality of her work. Be careful who you let touch your brows. I hope the corner of mine grows back."
