"The owner/manger of this establishment is unaccommodating and unconcerned about customer service. I called one location, unaware that there were multiple and scheduled an appointment. They mistakenly scheduled me for the wrong location, a fact I discovered when I showed up early to my appointment. They told me I was at the wrong location and that they would call the other location and let them know. I started driving to the other location in rush hour and after driving for nearly half an hour they call me to tell me they can’t take me to turn around. The owner/manager told me it was my fault for not looking at the address which is fair but if they couldn’t take me late after they booked me at the wrong location why didn’t they tell me that at any point in the half hour I was driving there. She said there’s was nothing she could do and she’s right- there is nothing you can do about not caring about your customers."

"I have only been here once but I had an amazing experience with Aimee! She took her time and fixed my balayage which was a total mess. She was absolutely hilarious. We laughed and joked the whole time basically. The time flew by especially because they play movies while they do your hair and offer free snacks and coffee. I will be returning for sure. I found the pricing reasonable for the amount of work that was put in."
