"Don’t even bother to return items with receipt, I returned a plastic drawer less than $15 with receipt they asked you for your name, address, phone number ; ridiculous, family Dollar should update their return policy as other prestigious retailers"

"This is really a negative star… This store customer service is the worse… This is my second and last time receiving horrible, horrible customer service.. I’m not understanding how they still have the same management who has apparently been coaching the newer employees to be just as nasty… They are not following company policy they’re making up their own rules with people that they decide to. I am very disgusted at the service that I just received and I will reach out to corporate office as soon as its open.. But by the looks of the reviews, I’m sure I’m not the only one that has or is going to complain so apparently they’re not caring about the customer service representing their store… please if you can disregard this location do so.. They need to just close down.."

"I never shop in family dollar. I needed batteries. Isachi's attitude is nasty and rude.The batteries stated one price and they scanned a different price. She told me that I can't get the cheaper price because did I see what it said. I asked her can I speak to the manager she said the manager was not there and I asked for the phone number she didn't know the phone number. Family Dollar you have to do better with your screening of employees. Never shop at family dollars, prices are outrageous for our low-income communities. No stars actually!"
