"Worst customer service. On average runs 15-20 minutes late and a service that should take 45 mins will take closer to double that. Extremely rude staff. Not delicate with your hair at all. The result isn’t even that great and definitely not worth the overpriced spot or the whole horrible experience. I have been multiple times due to their convenient location but it’s really not worth it. You can find better options I’m sure! Or are even better off doing it yourself !"

"Eran the owner has been doing my hair for 6 years! He is absolutely the best in south Florida. He is a expert at color dying and cutting. He listens to the styles that I want and gives his professional advice of what would look best with my hair type. He doesn’t over charge for any of his services. His staff is very attentive and has a very clean and beautiful salon. He even makes an incredible cappuccino for you to drink while you are getting your hair done. I highly recommend."

Her work was absolutely impeccable and natural looking, everyone asks me where I get my hair done. I cannot recommend her enough - if you need hair extensions look no further than Natalie!"
