"Joan is a joke, she butchered my hair, she is sloppy at her job. She clearly was more focused on the end of the day rather than doing her job. She has no idea how to do a simple fade. The one side was lower than the other, I literally had to stop her because of what she was doing after I clearly said medium fade and showed her where I wanted the fade to be, she went 1 to 2 inches above that. I had to explain to her how to trim a beard which she didn't know how to do, I then was charged $20 for a haircut that lasted about 5 minutes max after I had to stop her due to what she was doing to my hair. I requested the owners contact info and she said she was the owner which seems be a lie due to the fact that when I wanted to show her how to trip a mustache with the clippers she said "she can't because there are cameras and she would be fired", so you going to fire yourself since you're the owner??? She then tells me she's been cutting hair for 40 years, well maybe in another 40 years she'll learn how to do a fade and do a simple trim on a beard. I'm fuming, screw this place, go get your hair cut down the road instead, I've had my hair cut in about 10 countries and never experienced this. I now need to find a barber to fix this or I have to get some clippers and fix it myself."

"I think everyone here does a great job with my haircuts as I go with all of them and I don't like to use the "clip notes" because I'd rather discuss my haircut in a conversation like a "normal person". Pretty simple! Oh! I love this location too! It's the best!"

"Well I was new to the Fort Lauderdale Great Clip having moved from Texas. I got a awesome haircut. The lady that cut my hair did a great job. Taking care to making sure everything was perfect !"

"Disappointed by woman who cut my hair. She basically ignored the "Clip Notes" and my directions which were pretty straightforward (1.5 on the side and trim a half inch off the top). Should have left after what I saw her do the gentleman before me. Update: Raised to 3 stars. Great Clips and the Manager were amazing in their response to my review, as they are addressing the issue. Great customer service!"
