"During a recent family vacation I surprised my wife and mother with a spa day at Tiffany Beauty supply. Their attentive replies and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to curate the exact experience I was looking to achieve."
"Shaterria is an excellent nail artist. Her pedicure is exceptional! Highly recommend. I already scheduled my next appointment!!"
"After having been a client for years, I will never be returning after the extremely poor and insulting customer service I experienced. After being informed of a scheduling issue, I asked the front desk girl how this happened and why they waited so long to tell me, she proceeded to blame me and become combative. Unfortunately, this is just one of a few experiences recently that have left a lot to be desired from a place I pay good money for service and to relax. I won't be wasting my time again. The woman's tone of voice as I left made it clear they don't value repeat customers anyway."
"This place is not worth your money. I came because I had a gift certificate and decided to walk out to pay for service next door. They asked me to come half an hour early for a gel mani and regular pedi. After Carly finished my pedicure she tells me Elizabeth will be doing my gel mani and goes sits in the front desk to do nothing! I thought she has another client to leave me sitting there but no she just sat and talked with the receptionist. Why are you making me come in early to make me wait over 20 mins when you’re empty? After I confronted them at the front desk the receptionist called me “girl”, was clapping at my face and arguing with a paying customer. For a place that is empty you guys should be treating your customers with respect. I left and went to Tipsy next door which was packed, they were professional, and had better selection of colors. Don’t waste your time and money for an establishment that doesn’t value their customers."
"I called around 4pm today to ask if there were any same day appointments for a gel manicure; I was advised I could come at 5:15pm due to a cancellation that day (perfect!). I showed up at 5:15pm, and the staff were running behind (no problem), and so I was told that a different nail tech would help me (no problem). My services did not start until 5:35pm. I was not in a rush, so not an issue for me. My issue is that my manicure was rushed, and sloppy, and when I brought this to the attention of management I was given an unsatisfactory response (detailed below). Exhibit 1: my cuticles are flooded on 6 of my fingers total, this is unacceptable for a professional manicure. This gel manicure will now peel within days because it has been painted on to my cuticle skin. Exhibit 2: middle finger of right hand - the nail tech painted over dust and it became a raised bump, when I asked if she could fix it, she cut off the bump with her cuticle clippers, leaving an uneven nail polish line and a gouge mark from the tool. Exhibit 3: nail polish was left on my skin on 4 of my fingers, no clean up work was done. When I went to the front desk to pay, I told 3 staff members who were standing there that I was not happy with the quality of the manicure and showed them the manicure... To which I received a response of "next time you book in, you should ask for a gel specialist".... I asked for a gel manicure ahead of time, I was not a walk in, I did not know I needed to specify the skill level of the professional at this establishment. When I raise the issue to the front desk I was not offered a discount, I was not offered for a different tech to fix it, I was offered no resolution but to "ask for an expert next time". I paid full price for this when I could have done a better job myself. I am disappointed to say the least."
