"Stay AWAY from this Salon!!! Shai the owner has Hollywood location which was ok years ago. They opened a new location in Sunny Isles and put students hair dressers who will make your head as an experiment circus. I went there for simple roots and highlights I left with a rusty color hair. When he tried to fix it he made it even worse and bleached my root to rusty color too. I still have headaches from the multiple processing that he used to fix the mess. The whole experience was a big misery. Shai is never there nor any experienced hair dressers."

"I have tried many hairdressers over the past 5-6 years and have yet to find a good one that I'll return to. I even started using box dye because of the lack of talent out there. So I am compelled to write the positive review after coming here. Shai did my hair in one hour time, which is faster than any other time I've had my hair colored, cut and styled. And I couldn't be happier with the result! He did a very good job and in less time than I'm used to it taking. I'm used to leaving a salon feeling mediocre about the results. I actually got a guy blowing kisses to me from his truck on my way home. I trusted Shai and he didn't let me down. That is very valuable and rare to find. ps. the last place i went to hounded me to leave a positive review online for them(and they were lackluster) Shai's place they didn't hound me or even ask me to leave a review."

"There is no one, absolutely no one who should touch your hair except Shai. He is the best, the very best. I have been going to Shai for quite a number of years. He is truly an artist when it comes to hair. I would say he performs magic but this is no magic. Shai is a genius. He looks at you and understands what will enhance your beauty. I may enter the salon without a smile but leave glowing and happy. Your hair frames your face and must look great. Shai will make that happen. As I wait I see him work with other people and it is a joy to see. The new salon is elegant and all the staff are most pleasant to deal with. Please do not read those other reviews. They are not truthful and must have been written by competitors or I don't know who or why. If you make an appointment with Shai, you will only thank me."

"Great stylist (Albert) he is my hair guy in Florida. The prices for hair services are appropriate for the level of service your hair will get. I have had my eyebrows threaded there and it was a very nice job. Realistically though i do not get my eyebrows done there regularly or nails (also a nice job) bc the prices are too high for what i pay for those services elsewhere. Hair wise though---Albert kicks butt and i only trust him to do my hair right."
