"I work at the 701 Brickell ave at an international bank for years and decided to give it a try to this salon due to the convenience of the location (the lobby of my office). Biggest regret of my life! Even calling me in advance to make sure I’d be there on time, so, obviously I was there 5 sharp, they decided to help a lady before me, maybe a friend or something… After more then 15 minutes waiting, I decided to ask what was going on and found out the lady was a friend of an employee (or something like it…) Ridiculous! I won’t ever go back, neither recommend it to anyone!!! Unrespectfu!!! Not the first (TERRIBLE IMPRESSION) a business want a new client to have…"

Emmanuel cuts hair exactly the way clients want it. The energy of every employee is very positive and you leave in a great mood feeling happy and beautiful. My hair turned out the best color I have ever had and while I was getting mine done I watched the team turning 3 brunettes into platinum blondes without any shade of yellow or any damage. Beautiful work and worth every penny. I am definitely making it my top choice."

"Very professional service and incredible results! The best decision I've made in years for my hair. I was about to cancel my appointment after reading the reviews but the reality is that the bad reviews are of colorists that are not longer working at the salon or because it's pricey. If you are going to the very experts on hair coloring in a place on Brickell Avenue you cannot expect to pay what you pay in a cheap salon. I did my research and I was fully aware of the prices and I was prepared for it.
