"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I was coming from out of town, scheduled an appointment 2 months ago. Called last week and texted the following week to confirm appointment. I was assured , it was set and scheduled only to get to the place and it was closed ! This was an inconvenience due to leaving for a cruise the same day!!! FRUSTRATED IS A UNDERSTATEMENT. Owner screened my phone calls and would only reply to text that she wasn’t coming in. I sent proof that she texted me it was ok just last week. Received nothing back! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ! Places like this should close down."

"I was growing my hair out from December and I stopped by the shop and asked if they can grip my hair (under 4 inches) and they said yes. Do I took there word for it. I spent $200 for the next day for my hair to be frizzy. I had to take my hair out the next two weeks. I had a girl from my school to do it and it looks better. She took her time to part and grip unlike her. I can she my scalp. But she can do loose curls I guess"
