"Rude rushed me out the room and felt very uncomfortable felt like she was rushing through the entire process. I asked for natural lashes and the lashes I received we’re nothing Close to natural they where very thick I asked for length and they were very short. Before the service she cleaned and removed the lashes I had from another location and the solution she used burned my eyes I told her how bad they we’re burning and she proceeded to add more of the solution that was burning my eyes and said “its okay it’s completely normal I need to put more.” After the service I told her I didn’t like how they came out and she said she’s not going to do anything because I was her last appointment and she needs to go home. Very weird vibe to this lady I still gave her a tip of 10 dollars but I won’t be returning."

"I have had Oleysia as my lash specialist since she moved to the area and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She is meticulous in her work but so efficient with time. So many other lash services have been over a hour - never with her- and yes they are put on individually! She definitely is a master in her craft. She is friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and someone that has become more of a friend over the years. I can’t give her more than 5 stars or I would."

On first visit she took the time to explain different options like length and style. Whatever technique she uses to install them is awesome because I dont even feel them on at all. AND they do not shed for quite a while. I initially got them done before a cruise and I did not lose 1 lash on that cruise. I just had a fill in and it's the same great experience.
