"Words can not describe how disappointed I am after visiting this salon. It came to me highly recommend and I decided to give it a try. I went in for a baliage and first of all they overbook themselves and have you wait forever after shampooing for example I had to wait 20 mins until they can return to my hair. The whole time both ladies (Belia and Angie) were fighting, maybe that’s the reason why while doing my hair Belia was sooo rude and pulling it the whole time. I’ve never been to a salon that would give me so much pain and I explained to her that my hair is fragile from the beginning, but no extra care was taken after that comment even the opposite. Who brushes a long hair without holding the scalp or at least trying to make you feel a little bit comfortable … noo .. so after 4 hours of tortures and I’m not even exaggerating both mentally from listening to them fight and physically from all the pain that she caused me they decided to both dry my hair, Angie was holding the dryer so close it was burning me. So after all this experience I paid $450 (even gave them a tip because I’m not that type of person) I came home and decided to put my hair up to go to work and what did I find I had bold spots from all that pulling. Now I’m unable to wear my hair up and I have to pay who knows how much more to fix their “amazing customer service”!!"
