Kids Cut

"Took my baby for his first haircut today and I couldn’t be happier! We made an appointment prior and had zero wait time. I had no idea what type of “cut” to ask for and the hairdresser Jacky gave me tons of suggestions and I let her do her thing. He looks soo much more handsome! She put cartoons for him, played with him, even took him on a tour of all the car chairs they have available because he’s obsessed with cars. He didn’t shed ONE tear. He was calm and felt at ease. They even gave him and my daughter (who didn’t get a cut here) a balloon before leaving. You can tell they have a passion for what they do! I was so pleased, I will definitely be taking my son back. Highly recommend them."

"I originally took my son here for his first haircut which was a pleasant experience then, as he got a certificate which was a nice touch. The place is busy with toys and items available for purchase, which is very distracting to children who want these items. This is a picture of my son’s haircut after washing his hair post visit, earlier in the week. While it was difficult to get ahold of Kids Cut to get a return appt to get the haircut fixed, they finally answered and agreed to fix it, however mentioned my son was very badly behaved during the appt. When I returned, again they said he was not well behaved. This time he asked questions throughout as he does as the spirited and curious child he is. He was distracted with all the toys and wanted me to buy him something. Ultimately, his haircut was fixed and staff was pleasant to him but apparently annoyed with his questions and looking around. He is often well behaved during haircuts but as a child with ADHD and spirited character, he can be highly inquisitive and active. Overall, this place is good for children who are older and extremely calm (not your usual 5 yr old). Definitely don’t feel Kids cut is suitable for special needs children, children on the spectrum or with ADHD as I don’t feel staff is well equipped to cut their hair if they classify their distraction to their busy environment as “behaving bad”."

"I love this Salon! They don’t only do kids they do adults as well. Their work is very good and for first time kids they explain the whole process to them. This was wonderful for my son who usually screams. He did very good and no tears. The owner is outstanding in both customer service and in doing hair. She makes you feel like family! I only wish there was more businesses like this in this area! I will definitely go there fro now on. Great job guys keep it up!!"
