"Esperanza is truly excellent with waxing. She is engaging, friendly, gives guidance and just great all around. She makes you feel comfortable. However, my front desk experience wasn't pleasant. There was confusion about their system as they showed an old Groupon from 2022 on my acct. I was trying to a new one that expires in 2024. I had to wait a while as she called the owner. At the end, I think everything is OK (we will see of my next appts are covered by my Groupon). However by the front desk person very firmly, "don't buy anymore groupons." She said the owner told her to tell me. I said is that a requirement just for me? She said no, then she went to clarify that groupons can only be bought 1x a year. I knew this already because this is on the Groupon site and I haven't bought more than 1x a year anyway- so what was the purpose of all that strong energy towards me? I could see myself as a regular customer if Esperanza stays and if they treat customers just as well in the front. Im hoping things go smoothly during my next visits. If so I'll update my star rating."

"Omg…no words for how horrible my experience was. I have very normal skin with little to no blemishes. I went in for a hydrafacial and the lady started doing such intense extractions..I have a high pain tolerance but I was CRYING. I thought maybe this is just the process. When I saw my skin in the mirror, I gasped because I looked like I had chicken pox…redness and dots everywhere. The lady assured me the redness would go down by the next day…next day comes around..skin looking horrible and I mean horrendous…I start getting new breakouts all over my skin and mind you I never break out. I don’t have acne prone or sensitive skin at all. This was two weeks ago..I’m still working on getting rid of all the breakouts and blemishes everywhere because I look like a teenager again…0/10 would not recommend."
