"This is by far the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. I have a lady that is really good but I haven’t been able to go to her because I moved to far from her and I’ve been looking for a good nail salon. This is not it, once we were getting ready to leave another lady asked if we wanted to get out eyebrows done (knowing she had a client waiting for her) and she did our eyebrows horribly, super fast without taking her time and making sure she was going doing it good. And the lady whom did mine and my aunts nails literally almost made me bleed, charged us an arm and a leg just for our nails to be worse than what they were when we got there."

"I tried scheduling an appointment but because I bought a Groupon I was not given an appointment and was told to call after the week of Thanksgiving because they were only taking their loyal customers for now. I think if they do not give appointments all the time to Groupon customers also, they should not be on Groupon. I wanted to give them a try because I was looking for a new place to go since the salon I normally go to is too far away from me but I am no longer going to give this place a try with or without a Groupon. I do not mind paying for good service but this is discrimination and before any one says anything about this post, I AM WELL AWARE THEY CAN MAKE THEIR OWN RULES AND TAKE THE CUSTOMERS THEY WANT""

"Cannot explain how happy I feel about finding this place!! I get my mani, pedi, hair, AND eyebrows down at Bertica’s salon and I am so content with all of it! The workers all have extremely caring and enjoyable personalities which makes each one of my visits so much better. I am very picky but after passing by many salons, I can definitely say that I’ll be sticking with this one for a long time."
