"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. Their dishonesty and lack of ethics were evident from the start. They showed me a picture of eyelash extensions that looked great, but what I received was nothing like what they advertised. The woman who applied the extensions had a strong odor, during the eyelash’s application, she spoke in a language I presumed to be Hindi, her breath was so stinky, I had to ask for a mask. When I got home the corner of my left eye was burning, which raised concerns about a possible infection. The next day, several eyelashes fell off. I returned to the establishment seeking a refund, but they claimed they couldn’t process it and had no cash on hand. Despite their initial promise to address the issue, they never followed through even with a couple of visits and multiple phone calls. The last time I spoke to the owner "Sarah", she claimed that a refund had been issued, but the money never appeared in my bank account. Dealing with this establishment feels like doing business in a fourth world country – completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and dirty. I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money with them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable, professional, and ethical service."
