Sailly did an amazing job on my hair in October and then again yesterday. I am completely aware that it was your exact salon and you know exactly who I am. I had 2 ladies working on my hair that day. I attached another picture showing more of my face and the picture also shows a bit of the background of one of the places surrounding your salon. The roots in picture aren't 2 months old, those are pictures taken right when i left the salon. I find it quite embarrassing that you lied in the reply. Professionals? -another edit: Just attached another photo showing where i paid. You guys clearly can't do hair and have no experience AT ALL. The least you can do is be honest and own up to it but you feel the need to lie for your "reputation." One of the ladies working on my hair continuously called the other lady asking her what to put in my hair. My hair isn't your place to take lessons or to practice on. Any professional hair salon would apologize but you continued to deny everything. Love how you insulted your own work and called it an "at home" attempt."
