"I had keratin treatment in June. While the staff was nice and welcoming, it ended up being the worst keratin I ever had. After applying the product, they washed most of it before drying and applying flat iron. I realised how ineffective the technic was after the first hair wash. The price was as high as most places. I suggest you confirm the type and technic of treatment you are getting"
