"I purchased a Groupon from Lewks by Josh for a super blonde full highlight. Very disappointed. I was looking for a full highlight as I had previously done partials and wanted a overall brighter and fuller blonde. First off my appt. was pushed back then later canceled minutes before we were supposed to meet then rescheduled for the next day (I did not get to pick the time). Josh’s highlight does not include toner, this I knew going into the service, but he charged me for toner as well as an extra bowl of bleach. Which again would be fine because I wanted a full bright highlight. My new highlight root color is brassy and not nearly as light as my previously highlighted hair. So I now have a reverse ombré going on. I texted him to see if we could work something out to fix it and he never reached back out. Very unprofessional. Also his Instagram photos are taken in the dark with a ring light, not what your hair really looks like when finished."

"Was in FL (from WI) and found this most AMAZING and knowledgeable hairdresser I have ever met!! His price is well worth every penny and his honesty is above all else. As in, he will tell you he won’t do a color if it will do further damage. He takes pride in his work and uses the best products that won’t damage your hair from the color.
