"This location had me drive 30 minutes (after a phone call letting me know that they would take me for a blowdry) and then sit there for Another 30 mins only to say "sorry we can't fit you in because you have long hair" even though they saw I had long hair upon entering. DON'T book here if you want to encounter a team with good time management and integrity. They tried to reschedule me for the following day because they were both "completely booked". She also said "oh we thought your hair was short" but how could they tell that from my voice on the phone?! Wasted time. Update: the manager rectified the situation and apologized for the worker's behavior"
