She took the time to explain to me why & we came up with a different game plan and I’m SOOOOOO happy because it’s better than I could have imagined. "I went years and years ago when Steven but needed a new person as woman I was going to got ill. I went for consult with Gabby as went through chemo 7 months ago -Did not not lose all my hair but all different lengths, poor condition and fly away look. Slow growing back. . I committed to color and a Brazilian blowout. Then I started getting major anxiety - almost left- once there -like I know no one has been to Gabby or Perla for straightening. I went in on Monday to have someone take a look at my hair and recommended what could be done to fix the mess. Livio and Jess both greeted me at the front desk. They took time to talk to me and give me suggestions. I then got Jess's schedule. The next day, I called and made an appointment. I went in today; Jess was very attentive as I explained to her exactly what I did and didn't want. She was a gem to work with and the salon should value her honesty and professionalism, as I do...
