"I leased a suite space at Salons by JC. My lease allowed for me to break it any time with 4 weeks notice and in turn I would get two weeks free out of the 4 weeks. I left the suite in immaculate condition and video recorded all of the cleaning out of the suite I did. Weeks before my 4 weeks were up David Long the head of the property, remodeled the suite without conferring with me. I was not able to use the space while he had it under construction. I found out when I showed came for a clients appointment and the suite was taped off, freshly painted, and had construction materials/tools throughout. David never acknowledged that despite my direct emails to him looking for answers. David is still trying to bill me for those 2 free weeks and attempting to keep my entire security deposit for fictional repairs all easily disputed with my documentation. It’s extremely upsetting to be taken advantage of like this as a small business owner."
