"It's a hit or total miss with this one. I understand I came on a busy day and blow drying hair is not every hair stylist's cup of tea at this salon but I don't think I'm coming back for a job half way done (my hair is still wet at the roots and my ends frizzy). Sam did an amazing job last time but he's now gone and today was a fail."
