"The customer service at this location is extremely poor. I had to beg for someone to assist me, but unfortunately, they ignored me. When I asked the cashier for a particular product, she suggested that I check online for its availability. So, I am left wondering, what is the point of going to the store?"

"Ulta gives me so much anxiety! I’m not a “make up” person. Usually wear eyeliner and mascara and call it a day. Our make up artist cancelled on our wedding party and we were left to do ourselves. JOEY IS AMAZING! He helped me so much. He knows what he’s talking about and I am so glad he was in when I was there. I felt so lost and confused and he made me feel so comfortable. But they had everything that any woman would want. "Great experience. Victoria is sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. She was so patient with my sister and we learned a lot from her helping my sister. Brenda at the register is also stellar. Really great experience overall. Store was a bit unkept however I know this is due to the savagery of the customers and not the staff. Not enough deals for the holidays which is the reason for the 4 stars. Cheers!"

"I wouldn’t come to this location if I desperately didn’t need a few items that I ran out of. Customer service was very poor today. Years ago freelancing at this location I seen first hand and the customer service was immaculate, music would play associates were interacting with guest, it was a good time. Visiting this location today I had to scramble for help, as minor as the question I had, I needed help. Checking out at the POS counter, topped it off ,as if came and interrupted her her day, no enthusiasm, no interest. Not saying that was the case but first impressions are everything. I could be spending 0$ or 100$ it’s all about customer service when working in an industry with the public."
