"Kindness and communication go a long way. I arrived 15 mins early for an appointment. I had my book and was ready to sit down and wait. When I checked in, the woman told me the stylist had just started another client and would be late. I could leave and come back or sit down. She was short, unfriendly, and was speaking to me as this issue was my fault. When I asked her how long, she said at least 10 mins, and "again" I could leave and come back. I mentioned I needed to be someone where at a certain time, her response was just "ok" rudely as she continued to look at me like this was my fault. She never once apologized for the situation and when I pointed that out, she became defensive. I opted to cancel my appointment. Thankfully there are 2 other blow out bars within 2.5 miles of them. I ended up at one of those. I understand things happen and appointments run late. However, this woman was rude; could have called me and let me know the stylist was running late, could have had some empathy and apologized for the inconvenience ... instead she looked at me and spoke to me with such attitude it made me not want to give them my money. Customer service goes a long way!!!"

"I came today after getting my hair done yesterday for wedding events I am attending. This morning the woman doing my hair was more than ten minutes late and spent less than 25 minutes working on my hair. She said I should trust her that it would turn out well. It did not. The front part of my hair is not curled like the curls in the back and it is rather frizzy. It is disappointing that the appointment cost 60 US American dollars. The whole place is a rip off and a scam. It’s unfortunate that my hair turned out so bad. Buyer beware do not come here."

"We came from Ohio to celebrate a wedding. Three of us needed to get our hair done. We scheduled in advance and three stylists were ready for us when we got there. I got an updo and the other two girls got a blowout and style. We looked amazing!"

"Charged me $45 for a blow out., which is fine. I have a short bob hair cut. Due the fact that I have two small extensions on each side., I was charged an additional $10 bc my hair “ takes longer to blow dry” what a joke. I’ll never go here again. The staff is pretty friendly but the front desk staff is unprofessional and completely lost a good client over their greedy $10."
