"I have long, thick wavy hair and came to Asia yesterday for just a trim and to make it a little lighter. Told her I didn't style it every morning yet she added layers-- no problem. Genuinely the CHOPPIEST layers I've ever had in my hair. As soon as her blow out got remoisturized I realized how hideous it was on the way home. Looks like a willy wonka haircut with some poorly applied hair extensions. I reached out and she offered to fix it but I don't trust her within 10 feet of me with a pair of scissors. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but the tears and stress were not worth the money I saved visiting this salon, and no refund or touch up from Asia will help. I am visiting someone else tomorrow to see what can be done but it's looking like nothing because she essentially gave me a half-done bob cut. She's very kind but the 5 star reviews were so misleading, and I would feel horrible if I didn't say anything."
