"Pam did my hair, it was all blond I asked her to put a little dark in my roots, she splattered dark reddish brown and it mixed into the blond. Worst job I ever received in my life. She acted liked she didn’t want to be there working like it was my fault she had to work. I should of left she had a real bad attitude from the minute I sat in her chair."

"I had an absolutely terrible haircut by Merle about 3 weeks ago-first time I went to her. I showed her pix of what I'd like and told her I did not want it cut short. She just went along her merry way, not working with my concerns at all, just telling me it had to be styled her particular way. I told her I was upset in the middle of the haircut, and still she had to do it absolutely her way w no regards to talking w me about a gradual change, etc. Not only did she cut the back basically up to the lowest part of my scalp--it was uneven and a real mess. No wonder she told me not to look at the back. My calls to the owner were not answered."
