"I’ve gone to this place for the last year since moving to Florida, due to the convenience of how close it is to my house and that I can get in right away most the time. They do a decent paint job - that’s not my issue. My issue is any nail tech I’ve seen there does not know English at all therefore my needs are not met when I tell them for example “do not cut cuticles” etc. I have bled each time I’ve gone there (after I always tell them please don’t cut cuticles and they still do) which leaves me at high risk for infection. The big problem I have is they never have the infection fluid drops you put on the skin after bleeding occurs. Every nail salon does, so why does this one not take it seriously? I pray every time I don’t get an infection after this occurs."
