"I was a customer here for several years and started working with Adam as a stylist. I was horrified to realize that he doesn't clean the brushes he uses between clients except once a day. When I confronted him about this he got angry. I asked about lice/disease and he responded that if they find lice they ask a customer to leave. He said no one in the salon cleans the brushes between clients, except once a day they wash them with water (not even disinfectant). He started combing my hair so roughly I needed to get up and leave. This is an expensive salon....you would think they could afford clean brushes..."
