"Bad experience, I made an appointment the day before with Juan and then I arrived and I was waiting and then he tells me that I am not on his list and that he had just finished cutting someone's hair and was going home, and he spoke to me in a horrible way, that person thinks he is unstoppable, unfortunately there are better ones like him, it is the second time I have come here and it is the same result so if he thinks he does not have patience then they should remove him, the client is the priority"
"If you would like to have your Hair Balayaged do not go to Monica. I was there for about 3 hours and my hair was NOTHING like the way I asked her. Will never come back there! -- I came here asking for Balayage, showing a photo and it left my hair completely different, I understand that it will never be the same but at least in an acceptable way. He offered to "fix it" but I didn't want to come back."
