"Today was my first time ever having my hair professionally done. April was the one who took care of me. I went in for layering and partial highlights. April took exceptionally good care of me. Making sure I was constantly comfortable with the length she was cutting off as well as the coloring of my hair, she was extremely considerate of making sure not to damage my hair. She was personable and overall made it an amazing experience my hair looks 10 times better than I thought it would. I highly recommend her."

"Where do I begin? I saw this salon at the mall walked in at 11 am and asked if they had availability for highlights (Keep in mind the salon was empty, one customer inside). The girl at the desk was on her phone and took her a minute to acknowledge me and said no we don’t come back at 2:30 pm. I came back at 2:15 pm. The lady at the front (I was told the owner by staff) asked how she could help. I said I have an appt at 2:30 pm. She said have a sit well be with you. She wasn’t friendly but wasn’t mean either. I just didn’t get the warm and fuzzies. I sat there for 20 mins not really being acknowledged. Another customer shows up and the owner was so friendly, offered the client a drink. Completely different experience. She comes over and says what’s your name again? I said it. She goes ok. Finally a nice young guy named Eric came over and said he would be my stylist. He was so friendly and welcoming. He did a consult and said he would be able to do my hair as I wanted. I explained that I didn’t feel welcome upon arrival and he apologized for the experience and hoped he could change it with him. The service took an astonishing 7 hours. I didn’t expect to be there so long. Towards the end the service was beginning to feel rushed due to the (salon manager) hovering over Eric and being quite rude with her tone. She even hovered over me while being serviced and asked me for payment before my hair was even finished bc it was so late at night. Another stylist came over to help Eric with blow drying my hair. The guy was yanking and pulling my hair so hard that my stylist Eric told him to stop and be more gentle that I was a person and he didn’t need to be so rough. The experience overall was not to be desired. The staff was very abrasive and lacked customer service. Was I happy with me hair, no. Eric even offered to have my hair toned again at another time. I opted to never come back. $350 was not worth it. My hair is very orangey and very brassy. Do I blame the stylist? No. He was a sweetheart. I blame the culture of this salon. Save your money and go elsewhere. I felt so awful after my 7 hour experience."

"This review goes not only for the beautiful Tamar, who did my hair but for the hole team! My bridal shower was on Saturday and I went by the day before to make an appointment. Next day Tamar did my hair, she put a great mask on it and took care of me in my very special day. Every single person complimented my hair telling me how stunning it was.
