"I made an appointment for 11 am on Sunday. My Mom wanted her haircut one time before starting chemotherapy treatments the following day. We arrived at 11 am and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! So rude, so unprofessional. There was another lady waiting outside with us trying to have her cut fixed. She went to Co. C the day before and her hair was cut so unevenly it looked like a toddler cut it. NEVER AGAIN."
