"Walked in and walked out Took a few minutes for some to actually walk up front When she did she was less then welcoming and when I shower her a photo of a simple fade haircut she said she couldn't do it I should go somewhere else This was our first time ever walking in and won't ever go back The hair products for sale also looked old and the atmosphere of the salon it self was just sad I wouldn't choose this salon or recommend anyone to chose this salon especially with so many choices on just about every corner"

"Took my teenage family member for a haircut. Terrible stylist who was clearly under the influence of drugs. She could barely stand still and was tweaking the 10 mins the haircut took. The hair was uneven and nothing we asked of, she also was very adamant about us paying cash the moment we walk in. I’m pretty sure the money went in her pocket.We ended up going down the street to fix the horrible cut. I do not recommend"

"I have never had an experience like this before. I have long, thick hair and the "stylist" cut my hair in 10 minutes. My appointment was at 9 am, which is when they open, and my receipt shows 9:14 am. No other customer was in the salon while I was there. The stylist, Jennifer, was very jittery when I came in which I thought was a bit odd. When she put me in the chair, I tried talking to her, but she said she didn't talk much, which is fine. She was SO rough. I have never had anyone be so rough when sectioning my hair, combing, etc. She just flew through my cut. I left not knowing what my hair looked like because I left with it wet. I was not going to post pictures because I'm so embarrassed by my cut, but I figured I should to show others. I am most angry at myself for tipping her, because a tip was not deserved at all. My scalp still hurts and there are several long pieces of hair that she didn't cut. I have never left a Google review before, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. And I paid for it. UPDATE: As the owner mentioned in the reply to my review, I did return the next day to have my cut fixed by the manager. I requested a refund as I was not interested in returning, but was told a refund isn't possible unless the manager has been given the opportunity to fix the issue. She did fix my hair, but I'm not sure about the "upgraded service" the owner spoke about in the reply to my review. I have no idea what that means. Nonetheless, I have learned my lesson and will not be returning."

"This was a very bad experience. The stylist cut my hair in less than 15 minutes. She didn't know how to fade and left several empty spaces in my head. She didn't even care about the details. The way she operates hair clippers leaves a lot to say about her: an inexperienced person. Now I have to spend $ 20 more trying to fix the mess she made."
