Starbucks

"Went in to this location today and bought a drink and a sandwich, the drink was perfectly fine but unfortunately I received bad service when I requested a modification be fixed for my sandwich. Disclaimer: I literally work at a Starbucks, and there was no excuse for the rudeness when I was being very nice. At the register I requested my sandwich be made with no egg, but when i received it I saw there was egg but no cheese. Simple mix up, no problem. I asked the same girl very nicely if she could please correct it and she argued with me saying that I had actually ordered it without cheese and that I should look in the bag because she made it like how i had asked. I politely explained that I did check the bag and that it was wrong, and also pointed out that the sticker said no egg but the sandwich had egg. Again, no biggie, but I guess she was upset that I was insisting that it was not what I asked?? I didn't understand the attitude. She eventually took it back and remade it and handed it back to me but didn't even speak or look at me and had a sour expression the whole time. I get it, working in customer service sucks, but I would not treat a customer like this. To top it all off when I checked the new sandwich it had no egg but also no cheese. I am not one to be confrontational and I didn't wanna start problems so I just took it and left. Not once was I rude to them but I guess that doesn't matter, this employee thought it would be ok to be rude to me for no reason."

"This Starbucks is in the middle of downtown Miami, which can be convenient for most people to meet up. It is across the street from the government center and the metro rail. It is spacious with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. We arrived at a slow time, so the service was quick and friendly. No complaints. We each tried the Eggs & Gouda Protein box plus a regular plainiced coffee. It is perfect for keto dieting or any other kind of diet. It tasted good enough. Starbucks is decorated with Valentine's Day sweets, and it is tough not to want to eat some of them, but we behaved. Tomorrow may be different."

"$7 for a tall latte. They increased the prices because I ordered the exact same drink 2 days ago and it was $1 cheaper. I preferred a tomato & mozzarella on focaccia which was $8 and it was just pesto and cheese. I will no longer come order here, I pass multiple Starbucks on my way to work then to come here and pay more when the service isn’t good and they take long to make drinks even when you order in advance on the app plus the last 2 times my drink was made wrong"
