"My pool is GREEN more since we’ve contracted economy pools, compared to when I first bought the house and was just YouTubing to learn maintenance. MY POOL HAS BEEN GREEN FOR A MONTH AND THEY COME OUT “weekly”. It hasn’t even rained for them to use that as an excuse again. Literally haven’t been able to use MY POOL for a month. THE PICTURE INCLUDED IS THE BEST ITS BEEN LOOKING SINCE IT WAS LOOKING LIKE A SWAMP. Looking for new service. Poor communication, poor work, poor quality. Pay a little more for better service elsewhere."

"Do not work for this company or even do business with them. They charge customers outrageous amounts and then only pay their workers 10 dollars a pool. The workers end up making less than 2000 a month and they work in the heat all day WITH NO LUNCH BREAK. Most of their day is spent driving and they don’t get paid for it. They lie about the pay. They get horrible benefits. They say they only work from 7 to 3, which is a lie. Most of the time they work their workers from 7 AM TO 9 PM. They don’t train their people for more than 2 days! Then the customers are constantly being rude when it’s not the workers fault. The boss is rude and arrogant. If i could give 0 stars i definitely would."

"I went to bi-weekly service, and they didn't put enough chemicals in my pool. Guy comes and put chemicals in the pool to clear it up. It has been 4 days no improvement. I was told I was on weekly vacuuming and then my contract doesn't include vacuuming. And they also said they don't do vacuuming. What pool company doesn't vacuuming. He didn't even leave a note saying what he put in the pool. I would never use this company again. They are a rip off. I gave them 1 star but that is being nice."

"Contracted this company to clean my pool on a weekly basis. They rarely show up and when they do they stay about 10 minutes. They do not vacuum and scrub tile as paid to do. My pool is so gross I am looking for a new service. Do not use these people. They have no problem taking your money and not doing the work."

I am in Port Charlotte Florida not Jacksonville and I will keep you posted I've asked them for a refund etc I will keep you posted I promise!"
