"Vinyl liner replacement. We have some weird slopes with a deep end in the middle of our pool so I have always been worried about getting it replaced and put it off as long as possible. Well the time finally came as we were losing 6" a night. I called around and had a few estimates done. Pool Tech was the best. Wally and his team took their time measuring our empty pool, double checking everything twice. Wally kept us informed with great communication throughout the entire process. We now have a vinyl liner that looks like mosaic tile. I highly recommend Wally and his team at Pool Tech for all of your pool needs."

"If you enjoy swimming in your pool DON’T use Pool Tech. We’ve used pool tech for the past year and a half, everything was good in the beginning but has gone downhill. Starting in March my pool started to turn green and we noticed some of the simplest things would be left undone such as emptying the skimmers and this guy had so many excuses. He would blame the weather, the pollen, the trees, my wife and I for “not doing what needed to be done” and finally my pool equipment. Wally would never take responsibility for his employees or himself. The one time that I specifically asked for the pool to be clean for my graduation in may he could not comply. He was also supposed to stop by to clean it before the day but no showed. pool tech is unreliable with no customer service. Within a week of changing to Terry’s pool service my pool was clean and has been clean ever since. Terry’s came out and inspected my equipment and was able to clean my pool just fine using my pool equipment, they also gave me recommendations for me to help them out during the week. We are so much more happier with switching services that is more responsive, professional and has better customer service."

"Wally replaced our pool liner and it kept falling out. At first big rain the pool collapsed within 5 weeks of installing and we found previous damage that he never informed us about. When we asked him to repair it he said is was not his fault and for an additional $1900 he refer us to another company. He is all about $$$ horrible experience!"
