"After working with pool several companies online and on the phone, We ordered a pool rail and ladder from Innovative pools. No one had the item in stock, and none of the other companies could give me any time frame for delivery. I contacted the manufacturer, they told me that it would probably take about 7 weeks to have the items delivered. They suggested I contact Innovative Pools. Innovative pools was able to work with the manufacture and have the products delivered in less than four weeks. They have great customer service and were willing to help in any way they could. -- I will definitely use them again."

I placed the initial order wrong and Maria caught and corrected it for me before the order went through. "I am very disappointed as to the customer care NOT given to me by Innovative Pool Products....and by Amazon. I ordered a Pool Handrail from Amazon and it didn't fit our pool Edge, etc....And we had to order the attachment pieces x 2 also. I have asked for a return address, etc....and the OK that they would refund me my $$$$ from Amazon....they refered me to the product owners... haven't heard a word of positivity....in 60 day of sending emails & letters?????? Good luck getting any customer care from these guys if U ever need it. SHEESH?? Poor business relations...hate to see who's running the place??? Will never refer these guys to any of my clients or friends."
