"I had a similar experience as Anton Fajardo (*). I contacted this business through a recommendation from a friend. After several attempts to schedule an appointment, I was told multiple times that the manager would call me back, but they never did. Finally, I called them and stated that I would write a review on Google if they didn't either 1) give me an appointment or 2) inform me that they were too busy for new business. In that case, I would go elsewhere. This occurred on April 11. The Lady Omaida was very friendly and accommodating. She immediately gave me an appointment for the following day with the manager. However, when we arrived, the manager was not available. Instead, we sat down with Adrian, who went straight into discussing the pool design without taking us through the process or discussing pricing. We scheduled another appointment to come back and discuss the process and pricing. A couple of weeks went by, during which the company and the manager were responsive, replying to our emails, etc. When we came in for our follow-up appointment, once again, the manager was not available. We met with Carlos instead. He gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. We went through the design and spent a lot of time on details. He even promised to look into underwater speakers for us and said he would talk to his current clients to get real feedback. Just before the weekend, I sent a follow-up email asking if they could send me the site plan so I could measure the pool in the backyard to ensure we were comfortable with the size. This email was sent on May 5. No one got back to me that weekend or the following week. A week later, I sent another email and called on Friday during lunchtime to inquire. Ivis answered and promised she would send me the site plan, but nothing happened that Friday. Over the weekend, I received an email stating that they just wanted to confirm that the design was the last one we agreed on, and the file would be sent. Please note that I was not asking for the final design; I simply wanted the size and dimensions so I could visualize the space. Another two weeks went by, and my husband spoke to Ivis again. She reassured him that the file would be sent and asked for the photos we had discussed, but once again, nothing happened. Today is May 24th. Over a month has passed, and I would stick with this company if they simply responded to my emails or calls. We both invested time in this process, and it is unprofessional to completely ignore clients or leads. Referring back to Anton's review and the company's response to it, I asked the company several times about the process, whether we should sign an agreement, or if we should put a deposit down. However, each time, we were told that we could simply pay once the project was finished. Therefore, in reality, we did not have an agreement signed not because we didn't want to, but because that's what they told us. If the company's response is, "Oh, we never had 'any agreement'," that may be true. However, when our project manager reached out to them, he was given project number 6922. So, go figure."
