"Aside from an employee by the name of Ryan, this company borders on a scam. They demanded money upfront, kept thousands of dollars of mine for almost a year before starting work. Their estimates of time and cost were way off. The workers were messy At best, destructive would be a more appropriate term. When they finally said they were done the bottom of my newly finished pool was full of stains, my ladder and railings were Covered in cement. It was almost like a bad situation comedy. If it wasn’t for Ryan, I think I probably would’ve sued them. My warning is to stay away. This is the only review I have ever written, but I think the company needs a wake up call and customers need to be made aware."

"Do not use this company. The owner will promise the world and not deliver. He stated it (the pool) would be resurfaced (Ecofinish) and look like it was new. Upon questioning (for verification) he also stated that this pool would be no problem to do, and said it (Ecofinish) could be used on any surface. The owner also promoted the product and their work by showing another product installation nearby. Upon installation the surface almost immediately began to fail, most likely due to poor surface prep and/or a poor product as well as poor application. The pictures represent failure points (left to right): 1&2: Bubbles formed on the material used on crack's before the surface was installed below water level, as well as other spots for no apparent reason. 3: De-lamination of the surface along the upper concrete area. 4: De-lamination of an area above the water line. There were many more than just these areas. The owner also lies to his own employees about what claims he did or did not make in order to not do the proper warranty work."

There were no hidden fees, they provided realistic images to help in planning, and with all details of the pool. They did exactly what we wanted.
