"I went with my mother and boyfriend today & had the most earth shattering amazing experience with Bryan, Lena, and Laura. We all did the $40 Pedicure, Bryan does the most amazing pedicure experience I’ve ever had! He massaged every pressure point and took his time. He also helped me increase my knowledge on nail cutting! I live in Orlando but would most definitely drive to this location every month. Lena was so meticulous working on my boyfriend’s feet, she got every bit of grime under his nails - her attention to detail is amazing! My mother loves Laura and constantly requests her service because of her amazing massages. 10/10 amazing experience and will be back with requests for Bryan! Amazing salon & owners!"

"E Nails is not an honest business & lacks good customer service. The quality of most of the techs is decent. I personally experienced 3x when I was going to pay that I was being billed extra for services and when I questioned they acted like it was a mistake 2 out 3x. The 3rd time the owner, Lena, who is not friendly (although she appears to be) was charging me $10 more for an add-on that she had herself told me was $5, I tried communicating with her about it by pointing that it wasn’t ok to charge me more and she didn’t want to see it. Her boyfriend that’s a nail tech interrupted me and was a bit aggressive I’m his communication trying to tell me that I was wrong. Additionally, I had made an appointment for my daughter’s nails to be done by Lena and she had personally confirmed it but when we arrived she didn’t take care of her and instead had her boyfriend do her nails while she just sat at the front desk. She never communicate to me or said anything about why she wasn’t doing her nails and avoided talking to me. Customer service and honest people are important to me, I work hard to earn my income with good customer service and honesty and I expect the same from others. I will not be giving this nail salon my business anymore. They are not honest nor friendly and lack communication and transparency with customers (even if they appear to be)."

"Been living here for 16 years I’ve tried other nail locations, but this has always been by far the best place. I would recommend anyone here they’re always very pleasant, very professional and very clean. I’ve never left here, unhappy definitely recommend them to you."

"I paid $70 before tip to get these acrylics done… it’s always cost me $25 for a full set here but this past time the only difference that caused a price increase was gel polish, the “French tip” design, and I asked them to clean my cuticles (so they charged me the full price of a manicure on top of the acrylic price). I did not like my nails they came out horribly. I had to ask the man doing my nails to clean up the polish on a couple because the line work was just terrible. My cuticles which I paid a lot to be cleaned up, came out worse than when I came in. The last picture I attached is after, when I got a fill from another salon. They put a new nails on some fingers since the ones from this salon fell off. You can see the difference of the quality (left nail is from new salon, right nail is E nails and tan). My new salon even commented that they did a bad job with the acrylics. I won’t be going here again for acrylic work."
