"This company installed my pool in my new Lennar home in 2017. I continued to use them until they spun off their pool maintenance division. However they continued to do pool repairs for my salt system, heater,etc. they were not cheap but the service was excellent. It is now Jan 2024 and I have been calling them since December for service to repair first my pool heater and second my salt system. All calls are now handled by an answering service.They no longer answer the phone. I have placed at least four separate calls and left numerous messages. No call backs were ever received even though the answering service said they would escalate my request. I don’t know what happened to this company but I can no longer recommend them and would advise you to skip calling them if you need work."

"My pump motor failed and the tubing from the spa button to the bubbler needs to be replaced. I have left messages via their answering service 5 times on Thursday and Friday. Vista has serviced my pool several times over the past 9 years and was excellent. Now they haven’t returned my calls. Not good business model."
