"Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I have long hair and asked for a trim. I told the lady who cut my hair to do 1 inch on the back and half an inch on the sides and top. Let’s just say she doubled and maybe even tripled the measurements I told her. I also asked to fix up my side burns. She took her razor and cut up to where my eyes are by my sideburns and completely ruined my hair. She also didn’t cut my hair right either. There is more volume on my right side and less on my left and it looks uneven when I style my hair. Thank you for ruining my hair I’ve grown for the past 2 years Great Clips. Never coming back again, and if you are getting a more complex cut… go to anywhere else but here. AWFUL!"
