"I have used them several times over the years. The last time was two years ago when I was in several times and spoke with (I assume) one of the principles. I could tell that I had pulled him away from actual hands-on work (based on my observations) that he had stopped in order to talk to me every-time but I never once felt like I was interrupting him. He was more than just helpful - he was happy to give me the full education on all the technical details I asked about (I was in full do-it-yourself mode). The net result was that after I returned several times, after fully researching what he had taught me, I was certain that I was making the right decision going with the pump he had on display (I had spoken with the U.S. manufacturer and was happy with them). I asked for a recommendation of an independent person who could do the installation and I went that route and it worked out great. I will use them again in the future."
