"Barber shops prices have gone up, but the quality seems to have gone down. I often would make appointments at barber shops just to arrive and see someone else seated during my time. I would wait another 30 to 45 minutes just to get the haircut. Prices have soared, but nothing got better. So I appreciate great clips a lil bit more now low prices with the same quality and nobody else sitting in my seat when I made an appointment."

"From the very first moment I felt unwelcomed . The woman on the front desk meet me with no smile or greeting , she told me we have 98 waiting time and you can come another time but I insist to check in . Surprizingly I just waited for 10 min and it was my turn . Before I come I called them in the phone and made sure I will be in the back office privetly because I put a scarf on my head “ I’m Muslim” and they said that’s okay we always do that. My hair styler was Kathleen . An old woman who doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. She could not do a simple hair cut . She gave me the impression that she was doing me a favor . I ended up with uneven choppy hair and when I told her my hair is not equal she said you get what you paid for ! While I was inside the room in the back office ,a rude hair styler named “Michelle” entered the room and she acted as if she was shocked to see me here and then she started this conversation about religion and she gave me the impression on how am I weired to be here because men should not see my hair and that its the first time for her to see a muslim and she commented “ you must love your God so much “ and its so hard to do something like that. She was a racist. I was so sad .I walked out having the worst feeling I even cried on my way back home ."
