"Not a great experience. Used them because the company that built our pool had a contract with them to open our pool and we got a “deal”. Suffered through them for over a year having many issues that they made excuses for. Everything from several different techs. Techs being on site for 2-3 minutes. Being charged for visits that never happened. Being made to feel like an idiot when you ask a question. Price jumping over 30% and getting a lame excuse blaming the cost of chemicals and then talking to the current tech and him saying he used $10 worth of chemical for the month. Cancelling and still getting charged for chemical even after being told we were being charged for the month coming, not the month past. Beware!"

"I dealt with a man named AJ, his customer service skills were phenomenal. he is extremely professional and explained everything very clearly to me. I will return for my pool supplies from now on."

"Poorly managed company. I signed up only because an agent told me they could give me a time window and stick with it. They showed up at a different day and time each week for 2 months. Our pool was also green for most of that 2 months. I do not recommend this company at all. They outsource their employees so it's impossible to get an honest answer from anyone...no one seems to know what's going on."

"Our Pool Builder included a 30 day Maintenance/pool set up deal with Pool City #100 in Bonita Springs just before Christmas 2022. I have plenty of emails and phone records to prove this as well. They couldn’t have done a worse job if they tried, no one was competent at their job was our experience and obviously would not recommend them."

"Family owned. not a corporate franchise...so you get that personalized service. Extremely knowledgeable and will never try to upsell you on anything. They do what they say when they say they'll do it. If they don't have an item in stock, they get it next day. Will do all my pool business here."
